My Journey in Sports and Fitness

My story
Marie-Luise Reinhard-Mika discovered her passion for sports in 2022, when she began strength and endurance training and realized how movement enriches both body and mind. Since then, she has continuously expanded her training repertoire – from strength workouts to challenging endurance events.
In 2024, she completed her first 8-hour spinning marathon at the Tour de Kur in Bad Homburg, an experience that also sparked her enthusiasm for running. Today, she particularly enjoys running half marathons.
Functional Training and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) are central to her routine. She currently leads a Functional/HIIT training group at S.P.V.G.G. Hattstein and has been teaching indoor cycling classes at Bodyfit Oberursel since August 2025. She earned her Indoor Cycling Instructor certification in August 2025 and is currently working toward her Übungsleiter-C license.
Through her training and coaching, she aims to inspire others to embrace movement, push their limits, and experience the energy and joy that sport brings to her own life.
